This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through kedrum.shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our premium shoe cabinets, entryway storage units, and wooden organization furniture.
- Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your shoe cabinet order was delivered to your designated address in the United States, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns To safeguard the pristine structural condition and secure the resale standards of our furniture goods, all shoe cabinet items must satisfy the following comprehensive criteria to be authorized for a return processing run:
- The shoe cabinet must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely un-assembled, un-drilled, and unaltered.
- The item must display zero signs of physical use, board scratches, panel chips, missing screws, or exposure to domestic moisture.
- All original component materials, structural hardware kits, dowels, assembly manual pamphlets, and attached product identification tags must be returned intact.
- The product must be returned secure in its original factory packaging box with all internal protective styrofoam layers, corner bumpers, and foam sheets intact to prevent transit cracking or panel warping.
- You must provide a valid digital receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, custom-made or personalized storage configurations, clearance furniture pieces, and any cabinets that have already been fully or partially assembled.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a formal email return application and receiving written approval will be rejected.
- Return Process To initiate a shoe cabinet return, please review and fulfill our verified sequence below:

- Step 2: If your return application is approved, we will issue an official return shipping label via email, alongside specific instructions on how and where to safely route your package.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely inside its original heavy-duty factory shipping container with sufficient protective internal padding to avoid wood splitting during transit, and attach the provided return label.
- Return Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the shoe cabinet arrives with severe manufacturing flaws (such as missing pre-drilled holes, cracked wood panels, or defective hinges) or was damaged by the carrier during transit, we will fully cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased an incorrect size format for your entryway layout, picked a color tone that conflicts with your interior decor, or simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost to guarantee an absolute premium, risk-free buying experience for our United States customers.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

If approved, your refund will be automatically executed back onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card entity to process and post the refund transaction too.
- Exchanges The fastest way to secure the exact size format, door configuration, or design palette you desire is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is formally accepted, make a separate purchase for the new shoe cabinet configuration.
